"Lights, camera, action." Three words that have launched careers, moved audiences, and brought countless stories to life. Welcome to the Ginkgo Film Festival (GFF) – a student-led celebration of storytelling, creative vision, and the belief that film can do far more than entertain.
GFF is a student-led international film festival built on a single conviction — that film is a force for social change. Beyond entertainment, beyond artistry, a film can shift how a community sees itself, give voice to the overlooked, and turn a private struggle into a shared conversation. We exist to give young filmmakers a platform to wield that power: to tell the stories that matter to them, and through them, to move the people who watch.
